Raised in South Florida, where he attended local schools and college, Oscar developed a passion for real estate at a young age inspired by his mother’s many years of buying and selling properties in Mexico and Florida. His personal involvement in the business started when after purchasing his first home in 2003, he began investing in properties while managing J. A. Holding & Assoc., Inc., an international engineering firm he founded in 2007 to serve the oil and gas industry.
Compelled by a sense of duty to give back and help others, Oscar developed a deep interest in service and community involvement. After moving to Doral, he became a community activist, serving as president or board member of such civic organizations as One Doral, the Doral Community Council, the Doral Community Foundation, the Doral City Attorney Selection Committee, the Doral Economic Development Advisory Board, and the Doral Charter Review Commission.
